Strahan Accidentally Gets Brady’s Head Wedged Between His Teeth

By Rusty Weiss

The Patriots announced Thursday the true reason behind Tom Brady’s absence in this weekend’s Pro Bowl in Hawaii.

It was a play early in the thrid quarter of Super Bowl XLII, when Michael Strahan sacked Tom Brady, putting the Patriots out of field goal range.

Apparently on the play, Strahan led with his helmet, and the sizable gap between his teeth wreaked havoc on Brady’s health.  When Strahan rose from the field, it was apparent that Brady had suffered a major injury, his head wedged between Strahan’s teeth.

Brady somehow managed to play on like the warrior his teammate Randy Moss had made him out to be, finishing the game despite his ailment.

It is unknown whether or not Strahan will need surgery to repair the gap in his teeth, though it has been speculated that he might simply spray paint Brady’s head gold for fashion purposes.
